The bottle spins
It bounces down a jagged cliff
It breaks
The fragments swirl in the grasp of the wind
To the place where your heart is frozen
The icy fingers strangling the light
Which is why The air is hard to breathe
And the sun doesn’t smile
For you
For anyone that lingers there
So I left
No imprints
But faded memories
On the wind
Unfound.
that was good
Nice poem. pretty descriptive, and a clear message.
